Here at Orchard we are recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a leading caravan construction facility in the Hull area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Policy Leadership: Develop and maintain all H&S policies to ensure full UK legislative compliance.

* Risk Management: Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and workplace inspections across the factory.

* Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents or near misses and implement preventative measures.

* Training: Deliver engaging toolbox talks and safety guidance to all levels of the production team.

* Compliance: Maintain all safety records and manage fire safety/emergency planning procedures.

* Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to identify hazards and implement practical improvements.

Benefits:

* HU7 (Hull)

* Salary: £40,000 per year

* Hours: Mon-Thu (06:30 - 16:45)

* Some Friday morning needed.
