A well-regarded and inclusive primary school in Surrey is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Class Teacher to join the team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position suited to a motivated teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners

*

Assess and track pupil progress, providing targeted support where necessary

*

Work collaboratively with year group partners and contribute to wider school initiatives

*

Maintain strong communication with pupils, parents, and staff

Person Specification:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4

*

Sound knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies

*

Strong behaviour management and organisational skills

*

A team player with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
