Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a growing company based in Croydon, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse and dispatch function. This role would suit a reliable, hands-on individual who enjoys working in a small team and is keen to learn and develop.

Key duties include:

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Organising stock and maintaining tidy storage areas
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory control
• Packaging and labelling items for shipment
• Using manual handling equipment safely

This role will suit someone who:

• Has warehouse experience (beneficial but not essential)
• Is comfortable with physical work, including lifting heavier items
• Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Has basic IT skills for emails and simple systems
• Is willing to learn, follow procedures, and bring a positive, flexible, and friendly attitude
