Hays, the largest education recruiter in the area, is looking for dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs in primary settings.General duties include:

• Providing tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN
• Assisting with personalised learning activities
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Helping track progress and providing feedback

Experience working with children with complex SEN- A calm, patient, and flexible approach to support.- Strong teamwork and communication skills.- A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a difference.- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are beneficial but not essential.Benefits with Hays:
