Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take on the ultimate challenge? We're seeking a visionary leader to establish and operate a brand-new children's home in Birmingham from registration to launch and beyond.
THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our purpose-built facility is ready, and we need an exceptional Registered Manager to transform it into a thriving, nurturing home for vulnerable children. You'll have genuine input into the final house preparations and complete autonomy to shape every aspect of operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Ofsted registration process from application to approval
- Develop all policies, procedures, and operational frameworks
- Recruit, train, and manage exceptional care staff
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain Outstanding ratings
- Create a therapeutic, nurturing environment for children aged 11-17
- Build relationships with local authorities and referral agencies
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as Registered Manager in children's residential care
- Deep understanding of Ofsted requirements and registration processes
- Track record of successful home operations and Outstanding ratings
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire teams
- Strategic mindset with hands-on operational experience
- Genuine passion for transforming young lives
