Junior Sous Chef – THE PIG at Harlyn Bay, Constantine Bay, Padstow, Cornwall. We are delighted to start the search for our Junior Sous Chef at the soon to open – THE PIG at Harlyn Bay. A Junior Sous Chef role at THE PIG is like no other. Our Junior Sous Chef’s work with a daily changing menu and create delicious dishes influenced by our own kitchen garden. As Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Sous and Head Chef at overseeing the kitchen. You will be required to provide new ideas for the menu, maintain H&S standards, support the team in all sections of the kitchen and assist with finalising work rota’s and completing stock takes. The ideal candidate for Junior Sous Chef will be passionate about modern British food and have previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or within a similar role. THE PIG’s are an inspiring, exciting and fun place to work. New Opening Information: Due to open its doors to our guests in spring 2020, THE PIG at Harlyn Bay - the grade II-listed Harlyn House near Padstow is a stunning building, with incredible views of the coast. The majority of positions are anticipated to start in April, with dates to be confirmed. We will be holding an open day on February 4th at Wadebridge Town Hall for candidates who wish to know more about us or are unsure of what role they may be interested in.
