Role Responsibilities - Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors including owner-managed businesses, charities, and corporates
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality standards throughout
- Oversee and support the audit team, offering guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Liaise with clients to provide clear and professional communication, building long-term trusted relationships
- Ensure compliance with audit and accounting standards, managing deadlines and workloads effectively
- Work alongside senior leadership to contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth and strategic planning
- Identify areas for improvement in audit processes and help implement positive change

Candidate Requirements - ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with several years of post-qualification audit experience

- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
