What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Taking the lead on planning and delivering statutory audits for a variety of corporate clients - both on-site and remotely

  • Managing more complex and larger-scale assignments, showcasing your technical expertise

  • Leading audit teams in the field, ensuring top-tier audit procedures and quality

  • Building meaningful relationships with clients from a wide range of industries

  • Working closely with managers and partners on bespoke assignments and advisory projects

  • Supervising, mentoring, and inspiring junior team members, supporting their development

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and value-driven audit experience

  • Delivering high-quality work for Manager/Partner review and offering proactive solutions to client-specific challenges

What We're Looking For

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with solid experience in statutory audit within professional practice

  • Experience with group audits and consolidated financial statements (a plus, but not essential)

  • Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Skilled at planning your time and projects efficiently

  • A natural leader with previous experience managing and developing others

  • A relationship builder - someone who communicates clearly and connects easily with clients

  • Comfortable using audit software and digital tools for accounts and tax work

  • Full clean driving licence and access to a car is a bonus, but not essential
