Do you have a background working as a Sales Office Administrator / Sales Office Assistant?

Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client for a permanent Sales Office Administrator based in Bridgwater, Somerset. As the Sales Office Administrator, you will work in a friendly open plan office for a market-leading, bespoke supplier & manufacturer! At a time of exciting growth you will be reporting to theSales Manager & Director. As the central point of contact for all sales office communication you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional levels of service & coordinating the activities required. This is a key role in strengthening the sales team and offering direct support to the field based team!

Outstanding Package:

* The annual salary is £23,000 - £26,000 PA, depending on experience. Linked to a bonus scheme which could increase this significantly.

* The working hours are 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.

Key Responsibilities:

* This is a key role in strengthening the sales team and offering direct support to the field based team.

* Diary management for two external sales managers.

* Immediate email follow-up, including any quotations, arranging samples to be sent and signposting any issues that need to be raised.

* Updating CRM, including customer details and prices where necessary; therefore, a high level of IT understanding is paramount.

* Communicating effectively with other teams in the business.

* Good knowledge of the products (additional training will be provided for this).

* Good geographical knowledge.

* Tenacious and results-driven.

* Answer all customer enquiries promptly, professionally and in line with company procedures.

* Work with the team to proactively establish efficiencies and drive excellence.

* Assist with the preparation of reports as requested.

* Adhere to relevant procedures, work instructions and policies.

* Actively strive to exceed departmental goals and objectives.

* Ensure timely escalation of customer queries and complaints if necessary.

* All administrative duties essential to the efficient running of the sales administration office.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

Excellent communication skills, spoken and written

Proven experience in a customer service environment

Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel)

Excellent and accurate numeracy skills

Ability to work independently and interdependently

Ability to work under pressure and cope with increased volumes during peak periods within any working day

Reliable and conscientious

Ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently

A high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation

A confirmed team player
