I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with one of our long-standing clients-a global logistics and freight forwarding business with offices across the UK and internationally. They're looking for an experienced Road Freight Customer Service Executive to join their growing team based in a modern office in Eccles, Manchester.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous road freight or freight forwarding experience who's looking to take the next step in their logistics career.

The Role:

Acting as the first point of contact for road freight customers

Managing bookings and tracking shipments across the UK and Europe

Resolving queries promptly and professionally

Liaising with internal teams and overseas offices to ensure smooth operations

Building long-term relationships with clients through excellent service

What We're Looking For:

Essential: Previous experience in road freight or freight forwarding

Strong customer service skills and confident communication

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
