P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Typist / Administrator to join their team based in Norwich, on a full-time or part-time 6-month fixed term contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Typing various documents and correspondence from digital dictation.

* Filing forms with HMRC.

* Creating new client codes on our billing database.

* Collecting and distributing post.

* Updating tax job control register.

* Keeping Letters of Engagement spreadsheet up to date and chasing where necessary.

* Helping other members of the team where necessary.

* Providing general admin support as and when required.

* Manage information with the utmost discretion.

* Work must be undertaken to the highest possible standards.

Skills & Attributes:

* Excellent accurate keyboard skills.

* Knowledge of various software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Ability to deal with tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

* Showing an enthusiastic and flexible approach towards work.

* Organisational and communication skills.

* Calm under pressure.

* Meeting competing deadlines.

Working hours:

Workdays will be Monday to Friday, but the hours of work are flexible and full time or part time will be considered. The standard full-time hours are 37.5 per week with a flexi-time arrangement of core hours between 9am and 4pm. There may be a requirement to work from home on occasion.
