We're looking for a thoughtful and relationship driven Project Manager to join our collaborative Chief of Staff team. You'll play a key role in delivering positive, meaningful change across the business bringing clarity, structure and a steady hand to projects aligned with our strategic goals.

• Partner with the Change Manager to shape the yearly change plan and help bring it to life.

• Facilitate early stage assessments of new initiatives, helping teams understand opportunities and potential risks.

• Champion collaboration by co-ordinating resources, ensuring the right people are connected to the right work.

• Support and lead project delivery activities with a calm and organised approach, from kick-off to wrap-up.

• Foster open communication through structured updates and clear reporting in tools like Asana.

• Keep a steady eye on timelines, outcomes and stakeholder needs ensuring every initiative has the support it needs to succeed.

• Experience working on strategic or technology enabled initiatives.

• A background in change management or impact assessment.

• Familiarity with OKRs and strategic planning cycles.

• Confidence working with data to support decision making.
