Financial Controller (SAP)

A growing services and technology business with turnover exceeding £15 million is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join its finance team.

Based in Chatham, Kent, this hybrid role will lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while driving improvements in SAP-based financial systems and reporting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Produce monthly management accounts and P&L reporting

* Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles

* Monitor project and operational costs

* Ensure financial compliance and audit readiness

* Maintain and improve SAP financial reporting

* Deliver financial insight to support business performance

Requirements

* Experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role

* Strong SAP / ERP systems experience

* Background in management accounts, budgeting and forecasting

* Experience in businesses with £15m+ turnover

* ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or equivalent
