I am looking to speak with Quantity Surveyors of intermediate level. Ideally those with 2-5 years experience and ideally with reinforced concrete structures experience.

This experience can be with a specialist RC frame contractor or with a main contractor.

My client has recently opened a new regional office covering the North West of England and they are keen to strengthen their commercial team.

The office is close to Wigan and you will split your day/week between the office and working on sites.

Current live projects are in the residential. commercial and infrastructure sectors and are typically between £5-20 m. This includes concrete sub and superstructures, frames and more complex Civil Engineering structures.

The ideal candidate will have a stable track record, relevant degree qualifications and the ability to work under your own steam. There is an established team in place who can assist with your development in your new role.

The salary is anywhere between 45-65 k plus package and there is room for negotiation for candidates with particularly relevant experience.
