I am currently working with a well-regarded law firm in Dorset that's looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team in Shaftesbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to step into a role offering high-quality work, real career progression, and a friendly, supportive environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for running your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. You will also support the Head of Department in maintaining the high standards of client service the firm is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Advise clients clearly and effectively throughout the process
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Contribute to team targets and assist with marketing/networking where appropriate
What the Firm is Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong communication and client care skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Someone who's commercially aware and interested in business development
