Location: Warrington, WA1 (Fully Onsite)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours/week)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established financial services firm for an entry-level Compliance Administrator to join their in-house compliance team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to begin a career in financial services, with full training and development provided in a regulated environment.

You'll support the Compliance Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the firm's compliance framework - including file checking, recruitment onboarding, regulatory reporting, and administrative support across compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in auditing new business files and tracking remedial actions
Provide pre-sale and induction support to advisers to ensure files meet FCA standards
Review and log marketing materials to ensure they are clear, fair, and not misleading
Maintain adviser records, manage compliance inbox queries, and support monthly reporting
Administer recruitment processes including due diligence, referencing, and FCA applications
Support onboarding of new advisers - systems access, inductions, and training completion
Monitor adviser competence progression and assist in coordinating supervision meetings
Help compile AR annual audit packs and ensure up-to-date business continuity plans
Manage due diligence for introducers and maintain internal introducer records
Assist advisers and the compliance team with general queries and admin tasks

Candidate Profile:

No prior compliance experience required
Some previous admin experience is advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good basic level of English and mathematics
Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a process-driven, regulated environment
