Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Analyse and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to maximise productivity
• Identify inefficiencies and implement robust engineering solutions
• Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Support new product introductions and process development
• Drive lean manufacturing principles and best practice methodologies

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role
• Strong background in process optimisation and continuous improvement
• Demonstrable experience working with and improving OEE metrics
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
