Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners?

Aspire People are working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the B90 area (Shirley/Solihull) to recruit a skilled SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering a rewarding opportunity to support children with a range of special educational needs.

🔹 The Role:

Position: SEN Teacher - Primary

Location: B90, Solihull/Shirley

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Ongoing (potential for long-term/permanent)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours

You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing tailored learning activities for pupils with a variety of special educational needs, ensuring each child receives the support they need to thrive in their education.

🔹 What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Proven experience working with children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH)

A nurturing, patient and flexible approach to teaching

Strong behaviour management skills and a good understanding of EHCPs

A commitment to inclusive education and making a positive impact
