We are pleased to announce we have been retained by a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality industrial valves serving customers across the UK. With over 20 years of experience, they pride themselves on providing expert technical support and innovative valve solutions to meet the diverse needs of their clients.

The Role:

They are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in the West Midlands. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships in the region. You will work closely with their engineering and product management teams to provide technical expertise and deliver tailored valve solutions to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the Midlands & North.
Engage with new and existing customers to understand their valve application needs.
Provide technical guidance on valve selection, sizing, and configuration.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations to win new business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits to represent the company.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities on the CRM.
What we need from you:

You must have: Technical Sales experience, preferably in the Valve or Industrial Equipment /Flow Control industry.
Ideally you will have: an Engineering degree/qualification.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the West Midlands industrial landscape and customer base.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
