Ashley Kate are supporting our client in central Grantham as they seek to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to join them during a busy period.
This is an ideal role for an experienced HR professional seeking a short term role on an ongoing basis! This role will be site based 5 days a week.
Role responsibilities:
- Assisting with collating and inputting the monthly payroll for employees
- Administer Monthly pension contributions
- Prepare draft contracts, variation letters and commission side letters.
- Carry out & provide standard employee references.
- Minute taking for meetings.
- Maintaining the Payroll/HRIS.
- Setting up electronic staff files.
- Preparing salary letters.
- Preparing offer letters/ replies to resignation.
- Preparing end of probation letters.
- Appraisals and 121 admin.
- Supporting HR Advisor as and when required on HR HR tasks
- HR Admin for onboarding offboarding
- Administer staff absences and the attendance management process
- Health & Safety admin.
- Any ad hoc admin tasks
- First line of advice/point of contact for employee within the business
- Overseeing the HR Shared Inbox
