ROLE DESCRIPTION
- As an Improvement Practitioner, you will:
- Evaluate, coach, and mentor teachers to enhance classroom practice.
- Research and share best practice from internal and external sources.
- Audit teaching and learning documentation and highlight areas of excellence.
- Conduct training needs analysis and implement tailored development plans.
- Collaborate with curriculum teams and the Quality Unit to embed improvement strategies.
- Deliver inspiring continuing professional development sessions and develop innovative learning materials.
