We are recruiting Grinding Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Billingham. Roles are available on rotating day/evening shifts or permanent night shifts, offering excellent opportunities for candidates with experience in metal finishing or grinding.
💷 Pay Rate
Shift Patterns Available🔹 Rotating Day / Evening Shifts (Monday to Friday):
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 13:45 - 20:45
🔹 Permanent Night Shift (Monday to Thursday):
Duties Include- Grinding and finishing metal components
- Deburring and polishing products
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Working to quality standards and production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements- Previous experience as a Grinding Operative, fettler, or metal finisher preferred
- Manufacturing or engineering experience
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
