Multi-Site Cleaning Manager (Hands-On)Fixed term maternity cover but could go perm for the right person
Location: Doncaster & Barnsley Area
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Stafforce Recruitment are looking for a hands-on Multi-Site Cleaning Manager to support the Operations Manager across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop cleaning contracts across multiple sites
- Lead, recruit, and support cleaning teams
- Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with clients and staff
- Plan deep cleans and ensure all work is completed and audited
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all sites
- Carry out regular site inspections and manage staff rotas
Requirements- Previous cleaning management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and materials
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Flexible, hands-on approach
