The Person:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

 

The Role:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the kitchen and restaurant outlets clean and organised
• Always keep storerooms clean and tidy
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are always met
• Handle waste and recycling duties
