We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Head, Executive Chef or Strong Senoir Sous looking to make their mark.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• High level of knowledge of culinary techniques and food trends
• High hygiene standards, and having a Food Hygiene Certificate would be desirable

 

The Role:

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and high standards
• Design and develop menus that exceed customers’ expectations and align with the hotel’s concepts
• Recruit, train and support the kitchen staff including Sous Chefs, Chef De Parties and Kitchen Porters
• Enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage department operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management
