We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work in a fast-paced production environment.
As a Food Production Operative, you'll be responsible for supporting the production line, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organised.
Shift Details (Rotating Weekly):Week 1:
Week 2:
Key Responsibilities:Working on the production line handling food products
Packing, labelling, and quality checking items
Following hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures
Assisting with cleaning and maintaining a tidy work environment
Supporting team leaders and supervisors with day-to-day production tasks
What We're Looking For:Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is desirable but not essential
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliability and commitment to rotating shift work
Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
