The Role:

• Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner
• Provide administration support and complete monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Manager
• Maintain the market segment database
• Conduct market research/telesales campaigns
• Meet KPIs and targets
• Ensure adequate supply of stationery and brochures are in stock
