ENVIRONMENT:

A leading retailer is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to lead the process mapping of its internal systems on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract basis. This critical role focuses on understanding, documenting, and optimising business processes across all functions of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMCG, warehouse, e-commerce, and retail operations, along with experience in documenting functional requirements and supporting system implementations.

DUTIES:

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping of ERP and related systems' workflows.
• Document current state (“as-is”) and future state (“to-be”) processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and validate process flows.
• Develop detailed process maps using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
• Ensure alignment between business operations and system capabilities.
• Provide input into system enhancements and integration opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping
• Strong understanding of FMCG, warehouse, ecommerce and retail operations.
• Experience in documenting functional requirements and supporting system implementations is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Be willing to travel nationally to warehouses and retail stores.
