We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers, primarily focused on vegetable grading. This role is essential to maintaining the high quality of produce our client supplies to customers.

Location: North Scarle, Lincoln

You must have your own transport or able to get to the site.

Working on a temporary on going basis. Start times vary so applicants must be flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and grade vegetables according to size, quality, and appearance
• Remove defective or damaged produce
• Pack graded produce into crates or boxes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow health and safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced, manual handling environment
• Previous experience in agriculture or food production is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
