We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Implementations and Transformation to join our UK Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Manchester, UK .
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for the delivery of the EMEA Transfer Agency system releases – this includes the core record keeping platform and supporting portals
- Manage the contents of the standard releases working closely with internal IT and, development partners, vendors and client service delivery teams
- Oversee and support validation of changes and operational procedures
- Responsible for management of implementation events and warranty periods
- Contribute to identifying and delivering change to support Operations teams in enhancing their operating model
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities of the role. A bachelor's degree may be beneficial, but not necessarily required.
- 7-10 years of total work experience preferred but we will consider less experienced candidates.
- Experience in a financial services operational area and/or project delivery experience preferred.
- Willingness to develop personal skills in AI/Digital Tools preferred.
