Internal Communications Specialist - Full time - Salary £36,978 - £43,141 (dependent on experience) - Hybrid working
We're looking for an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to help shape how we connect, engage, and inspire our people. You'll play a key role in aligning communication strategies with our organisational ambitions and cultural aspirations, ensuring every message is clear, inclusive, and impactful. This is an exciting opportunity to influence employee experience and drive engagement across our business.
Your Responsibilities
Create compelling, inclusive, and accessible content for channels such as intranet, Viva Engage, and newsletters.
Collaborate with teams to deliver events, campaigns, and initiatives (e.g., company-wide events, wellbeing, AI/technology).

Location: We embrace a hybrid working model at OS and understand there is no one size fits all in relation to how we work. We have a fantastic HQ in Southampton, Hampshire where you will be based and required to spend 2-3 days a week at OSHQ.
