The Person:

• Experience in a similar culinary role.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for food and an eye for detail

 

The Role:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior chefs
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation to ensure no cross contamination
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to company standards
• Receive and store deliveries correctly
• Support the kitchen team in all areas as required
• Adhere to food hygiene standards
