I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Essex, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team.

Job Description

As HR Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Strategically partner with People Leaders and HR Centres of Excellence.
• Shaping the employee experience.
• Driving key people priorities.
• Delivering impactful HR projects.
• Directly contribute to organisational success.

Experience Required:

• Min 2yrs HR Advisor experience.
• Ideally degree/ CIPD qualified.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
• A proactive, customer-centric, and solutions-focused approach.
