The Role
As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior executives. You'll act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing schedules, communications, and priorities to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Organise meetings, agendas, and take minutes when required
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritising where necessary
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support project coordination and follow-up on key actions
- Assist with event planning and business logistics
