Pay: £14 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Length: 4-5 weeks (potential for extension depending on workload)
Shift: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
About the RoleWe're looking for reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operatives to support our client during a busy period while they reorganise and streamline their warehouse operations. We need someone who's not afraid to get stuck in, help restore order, and keep things moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Sorting stock and placing items in their correct locations
- Assisting with reorganising a currently dysfunctional warehouse layout
- Helping improve stock flow and general warehouse organisation
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
What We're Looking For- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
- Someone proactive, organised, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes messy environment
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift/move stock when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to help with whatever is required
