We are currently recruiting for a PA / Personal Assistant to work with our client based close to Ruddington, Nottinghamshire on a full time and permanent basis.

Role: Personal Assistant / PA

Type of role: Permanent and full time - Monday to Friday

Salary: £35,000 plus per annum

About the role:

In this varied role, you will handle both professional and personal tasks, ensuring the day-to-day schedule runs smoothly and actions are completed to a high standard.

· Diary/calendars management

· Schedule and organise meetings and appointments

· Coordinate refreshments for meetings

· Handle travel arrangements

· Oversee correspondence ensuring a quick response time.

· Minute taking

· Personal administration duties

· Submit payments

· Support with ad-hoc business as required

About you:

· Prior experience as an EA / PA

· Organised

· Attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Practiced use of Microsoft packages

· Driving licence and access to own mode of transport
