We're on the lookout for an Internal Account Manager to join our well established and respected client based in Leicester (LE4) on a full time, permanent basis. Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience). Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. The Role: As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships to secure sales on behalf of our client. This is a varied and fast paced position supporting a small sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Being part of a fast-moving sales team - quoting and helping customers via incoming calls & emails.
- Promotion of existing stocked brands that customers may not be aware of.
- Order and invoice entry.
- Daily despatches of orders.
- Obtaining FedEx proof of delivery (PODs) for customers.
- Handling customer credit notes/shortages/damaged goods.
Essential Requirements: - Good organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident, hardworking, enthusiastic individual to conduct sales calls.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Desirable Requirements: - Electrical wholesale background preferred.
