Location: Cleckheaton
Pay: £13.50 per hour + End of Year Bonus
We are currently recruiting for a Mixing Production Team Leader on behalf of our client based in Cleckheaton. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established company offering great benefits, a supportive working environment, and clear opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a small production team within the mixing department
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Overseeing mixing processes and maintaining consistency
- Promoting health & safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Supporting and developing team members
Requirements:
- Previous food production experience is essential
- Experience within a mixing environment is advantageous
- Strong leadership or supervisory experience
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and committed with a positive attitude
